Juan Rafael Rivera Caraballo, SRA, AI-RRS
Chief Appraiser & Founder
Juan Rafael Rivera Caraballo is the founder and Chief Appraiser of Axia Valuation Group Inc., bringing more than 25 years of real estate valuation experience to the firm.
A Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in New York and Licensed Professional Real Estate Appraiser in Puerto Rico, he has extensive experience in the valuation of cooperative apartments, condominiums, townhouses, multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial properties.
Mr. Rivera Caraballo holds the SRA and AI-RRS professional designations from the Appraisal Institute and earned a Master of Science in Real Estate Finance and Investment from New York University.
His experience includes assignments for attorneys, accountants, estates and trusts, financial institutions, real estate professionals, property owners, investors, and private clients, with an emphasis on independent analysis, well-supported conclusions, and professional judgment.
